Last Thursday I went to the International Special Events Society Halloween Party - IT WAS GREAT!
The event was in London at the Bloomsbury Ballrooms. The venue was amazing - as soon as we entered we were faced with gothic dancers, tarot card readers and cocktails (the best part!). We hadn't actually dressed up for the event but loads of other people had. Luckily for us there were professional make-up artists from the London School of Make Up and Glitterbox so we were made to look suitably spooky! There were also beautiful flower masks made on-site by Yan Skates. Luckily for us there was a Pop-Up Photo Parlour to capture the night!
Throughout the night we were given amazing canapés and bowl food from the recipe. I'm pretty sure I ate most of them - but they ranged from katsu curry and fish dishes to macaroons and brownies. They were great.
However, my favourite part of the night had to be everyone dancing to Thriller!
